Last week, I got the mail from IBM and was noticed that our student team entered into the final match.  First, thanks for these guys! I'm also proud of them! I hope that they could become a powerful team! The final grade is not important for us. The most important, it's that they could work with a team, and work as a matrix. Each guy could find his role in the team. During visiting at UK, I learn more from UCL. First, it's the same as the west and the east on some common problem at Unievrsity and I belive Nicholas's comments. Second, I should pay more attention on the team mechanism for our lab. We should build a team and it's the base for our lab's future! Third, I should make the schedule for my life and work,with which I don't lost myself on the trifle.
